We like to ensure you’re happy with your experience and products here at Lewin & Reilly. Please choose your products wisely and ensure the amounts of individual items ordered are correct. Due to hygiene reasons we’re only able to offer replacement product/s and refunds in certain circumstances as stated below.
Replacements due to undelivered product/s
Please allow 3-10 business days for your product/s to arrive, after receiving a shipping confirmation email from us. If you haven’t received your product/s within this time-frame, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order no. and we’ll strive to find out what’s happening with the postie. If more than 10 business days have passed since ordering your product/s, we’ll send replacement product/s to you at the original address provided. We’ll also send another confirmation email that your replacement product/s have been shipped.
Replacements due to damage in transit
If your products have been damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your goods, providing clear pictures of damaged delivery box and damaged Lewin & Reilly product/s.
We’ll then assess the situation and will try to rectify things.
Replacements due to faulty or incorrect products
We strive to ensure our products are safe, effective and protected against deterioration and micro-organisms.
However, we do use wild harvested and organic ingredients which can be more volatile than mass produced ingredients such as mineral oil. Therefore, if you feel your product is in any way faulty when you receive it, please contact us immediately firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a replacement product for you.
Please be aware that we recommend patch testing products prior to use, to ensure you don’t suffer an allergic reaction.
If skin appears fine after patch-testing, be mindful that product effectiveness is best assessed after a full month’s use without being combined with other facial care product ranges, to determine compatibility with your skin.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a different product to that which you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may implement a replacement.
General rules regarding replacements at Lewin & Reilly
We’re unable to offer an exchange for store credits or gift vouchers at this point in time.
To complete your replacement, we require your original receipt/proof of purchase issued by Lewin & Reilly Ltd.
Guidance on initiating your replacement
Simply email your original receipt/proof of purchase to:
Once we’ve received your receipt, we’ll send you an email notifying you.
We’ll then send your replacement product/s and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product/s to reach you will vary.
This policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your product/s. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we’re unable to offer you any replacement/s.
